This started with my sister texting me dressing-room photos, so I’m not exactly precious about my inbox. If you’ve got a question, a “does this actually work” moment, or you just want to tell me a post got something wrong, write in. It reaches me directly — no assistant, no ticket number, just Han reading it over coffee.
A few things people usually write about: a styling question you can’t quite solve on your own, a link on the site that’s gone dead, a product that didn’t hold up the way I said it would, or feedback on something I should cover next. All of it’s welcome.
I read every email myself, and I try to reply within a few days — sooner if it’s something urgent like a broken link or a factual correction.
